In view of the bar under section 149 of the MRTP Act, Mr. M.U. Pandey, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file the writ petition. He submits that he will also withdraw the L.C. Suit No.725 of 2018 pending before the City Civil Court, Dindoshi, Mumbai on or before 05th June, 2018. Statement is accepted.

In the light of above statement, Appeal stands dismissed as

Ad-interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 23rd March, 2018 to continue for a period of six weeks so as to enable the appellant to get appropriate relief from the writ Court.
