2] This application preferred by Insurance-Company for substituted service as per Order 5 Rule 20 of Civil Procedure Code on Respondent No. 7.

3] Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

13-caf-4211-2014.doc a) Civil Application allowed in terms of prayer clause 7(1) which reads thus:- "The appellants be allowed to publish an advertisement in two dailies, one English (Sakaal Times) and one Marathi (Kesri) in respect of the pending appeal so as to Respondent No.7".

4] Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
