As per the order passed by this Court on 14th June 2011, ad-interim stay to the execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award was granted, subject to condition of the applicant depositing entire compensation amount with the Tribunal within a period of eight weeks. 3.

It is submitted that the applicant - M.S.R.T.C. Has, accordingly, deposited the entire compensation amount in the Tribunal. 1/2 CAF-2063-11==.doc

In view thereof, the order of ad-interim stay to the execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award is made absolute till final disposal of the First Appeal.
