The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submitted that CR No. 360/2015 registered with Vikhroli Police Station, Mumbai has been quashed by the Division Bench of this Court by its Order dated 16/9/2016 in Cr.Writ Petition No. 2752/2016 on the ground of compounding and/or settlement of the matter between the parties interse.
