1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is with respect to the pendency of Appeal proceedings before the Additional Commissioner pertaining to the dispute between the parties under the provisions of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1858. It is informed by the learned counsel that the Appeal is now listed for final hearing on 28th May 2022. The Additional Commissioner shall make every endevour to dispose of the Appeal on the adjourned date, and in any event within a period of 10 days thereafter and pass a speaking order after hearing all concerned parties.

3. It is made clear that this court has not opined on the merits of the case.
