After the matter was heard for some time, the learned Counsel for the Appellants seeks leave to withdraw this appeal and to pursue the pending Notice of Motion. The submission is fair. The impugned order dated 30 March 2015 is only an ad-interim order on the draft Notice of Motion as filed on behalf of the Appellants where the ad-interim relief has been refused. 2.

The Appeal is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such. No costs. All the contentions of the parties on merit of the matter are expressly kept open.
