By this civil application, the applicant seeks amendment to the writ petition which writ petition is already admitted by this Court. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.3 - society has no objection of the amendment is allowed by this Court as prayed without accepting the contents of the amendment proposed. The statement is accepted.

The civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer 1/2

13-caw1677-18.doc clause (a). The amendment to be carried out within one week from today. The amended copy of the writ petition shall be served upon the respondents from the date of carrying out amendment. 3.

Place the writ petition on board under the caption of "Interim Relief". Affidavit in reply to the amended writ petition including opposing the prayer for interim relief shall be filed within one week from the date of service of the amended copy of the writ petition and a copy thereof shall be served upon the petitioner's advocate simultaneously.
