Heard Mr.Mendon, learned counsel for the appellant and have perused the averments made in the civil application. Delay is sufficiently explained in paragraphs (3) and (4) of the civil application. Civil application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). No order as to costs.

The applicant is directed to remove all office objections, if any, within two weeks from today. If all the office objections are removed and if the first appeal is numbered, place the same on board for admission on 16th March,2020.
