This is the 2nd time on part of the Applicant to approach this Court for release on bail. The earlier Bail Application was decided on 20/01/2021. It was observed in that order that after the matter was argued, the Court was not inclined to grant relief and therefore, it was withdrawn. In spite of this, the 2nd Bail Application is preferred by the Applicant.

I do not find any change in the circumstance entitling the present Applicant for grant of bail. No case for grant of bail is made out. When I expressed my disinclination to grant relief even in this Application, Mr. Chetan Damre, learned counsel for the Applicant prays 1/2
