CORAM : SHANTANU KEMKAR & M.S. SONAK, JJ.
DATED : JUNE 06, 2017.
P.C.
By filing this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 27.4.2016 passed by respondent no.2 State Chief Information Commissioner, State of Maharashtra.
2.
According to the petitioner, respondent no.2 has committed error in directing the petitioner to provide the copy of the case diary of the criminal case to respondent no.1. 3.
Having gone through the impugned order, we find that respondent no. 2 has not directed the petitioner to provide the copy of case diary of Criminal case in question to respondent no. 1 but has merely directed to give the details in regard to the
4-wp-4061.2017.sxw investigation conducted for the search of the missing child who is son of respondent no. 1.
4.
In the aforesaid circumstances, we do not find any infirmity in the impugned order. Learned AGP submits that the order which has been impugned in this petition, will be complied with within four weeks. But he apprehends that the respondent no.1 may not appear to collect the information as directed to be furnished. On this, the learned counsel for Respondent no.1 undertakes that the respondent no. 1 shall appear before the concerned police station as and when notice for collecting the information is given to him. 5.
In view of this, the petition is disposed of. (M.S. SONAK, J.) (SHANTANU KEMKAR, J.)
