The Applicant wife filed the above Misc. Civil Application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking transfer of the Hindu Marriage Petition No. 119 of 2016 filed by the Respondent-husband and pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Dhule to the Family Court, Nashik. 2.
At the request of the parties, a meeting was held in my Chambers with the parties and their Advocate on 11th July, 2017 to assist the parties in resolving their differences and arriving at an amicable settlement. At the said meeting, the parties agreed to stay together for some time and make an attempt to lead a happy married life. The matter was therefore directed to be placed before this Court in Chambers at 10.00 a.m. on 1st September, 2017 i.e. today. Today, the Applicant and the
Nitin 2 / 2 902-MCA-192-2017-CH.sxw Respondent have appeared before me and informed me that they are happy in the company of each other and they desire to withdraw the litigations filed by them against each other and continue to lead a happy married life. In view thereof, the Hindu Marriage Petition filed by the Respondent before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Dhule being 119 of 2016, shall be withdrawn by the Respondent within a period of one week from today. The above Misc. Civil Application is also disposed off as withdrawn.
