The Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Civil Revision Application ought to have been filed. The Second Appeal stands dismissed for non-removal of office objections. Since the Second Appeal is not disposed off on merits, the Applicant can always pursue its appropriate remedy. The question of delay is kept open. The Civil Application therefore does not survive. It is accordingly disposed off.
