The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 41 days in filing the above First Appeal. The reasons therefor are mentioned in the above Civil Application. The Learned Counsel Mr. Thorat appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and the Learned Counsel Mr. Deshmukh appearing for the Respondent No.4 oppose the above Civil Application but ultimately leave it to this Court. Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in the above Civil Application, the same is allowed, resultantly the delay of 41 days in filing the above First Appeal stands condoned. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
