Having regard to the fact that the substantial cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of the Kondhava Police Station, as the matrimonial home of the Petitioner was within the said jurisdiction, we are unable to accede to the request of the Petitioner to grant the relief by way of prayer clause (a) i.e. to transfer the FIR back to the Tulinj Police Station, District - Palghar. However, we direct the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone - IV, Pune, to whom the letter dated 15th March, 2018, has been

2/2 47-wp.1424.2018.doc addressed by the Advocate of the Petitioner to look into the grievances of the Petitioner, which are sought to be conveyed by the said letter and take an appropriate decision thereon.

With the observations as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
