On 16/07/2021 none appeared for the petitioners. As such, the petition was adjourned. Thereafter also on 07/01/2023 none appeared for the petitioners.

In response to Court's query, learned APP on instructions from Mr. Ajay Bhosale, API, Nehru Nagar Police Station informs that already a charge-sheet is filed against the petitioner no. 5. As far as rest of the petitioners are concerned respondent no. 1 is taking call as to whether they can be charge-sheeted by way of supplementary charge-sheet in the very same offence.
