Hence, the matter is disposed of as withdrawn. Parties to bear their own cost . Court fees be refunded to the Appellant as per Rules. Appellant to adhere to the undertaking given today. After deposit of the amount before the Claims Tribunal, the Tribunal to disburse the amount as per the Award. The Claimants are at liberty to take steps otherwise for recovery of the amount, if there is any due. Amount of Statutory deposit, if any, be transferred to the concerned Claims Tribunal at the earliest for disbursal to the claimants. 4.
