After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to enlarge the Applicant on bail, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, considering the age of the victim girl which is two years, the trial of the Applicant is expedited. The learned Sessions Judge to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within nine months from the date of receipt of this order. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.)
