1] As per the orders passed by this Court on 24th January 2007, the applicant was permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation on giving an undertaking to deposit the entire amount with appropriate rate of interest in case the appellant succeeds in the appeal. 2] It is submitted that in view of the death of earlier Advocate of the applicant, the applicants were not aware of this order. Now, the applicants have engaged another Advocate and after being made aware of this order seek to withdraw the said amount.

YBG 904-caf2492-15 3] In view of the earlier order dated 24th January 2007, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation as deposited with the tribunal on giving undertaking to deposit the amount with appropriate rate of interest in case the appellant succeeds in the appeal.
