Since the Court has indicated that the Court is not inclined to suspend sentence of imprisonment and grant bail, learned counsel for applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application. Considering the submission, the interim application is allowed to be withdrawn. However, considering the fact that sentence is of short term, the applicant is granted liberty to prefer fresh application for suspension of sentence after a period of one year from today, in the event appeal is not heard. 2.

Hearing of appeal is expedited. Preparation of paper book is expedited.
