By taking out this application learned counsel for applicant sought clarification of the order dated 28/3/2018 by which amount of Rs.4,46,532/- is directed to be deposited by applicant within a period of one week. Learned counsel for applicant however submits that amount of Rs.4,46,532 be substituted by Rs.4,47,000/-, of which applicant has already drawn Demand Draft in the name of Registry of this Court. 3.

In that view of the matter, amount of Rs.4,46,532/- is substituted by Rs. 4,47,000/-.
