On 06/04/2021, the Appellants were admitted to interim protection from arrest in C.R.No.37 of 2021 registered with Junnar Police Station, which had invoked the provisions of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 alongwith other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned A.P.P. Mr.Agarkar, on instructions, makes a statement that the investigation in the above C.R. is complete M.M.Salgaonkar

In the wake of the above, order dated 06/04/2021 is made absolute.
