This Application is filed for condonation of delay in filing the Application and for setting aside the order dated 19th March 2018 passed by Registrar ( Judicial - II). By the said order, conditional time was granted to remove office objections. Objections were not removed. Hence, the Appeal stood dismissed.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant states that all office objections will 1/2

Considering the grounds made out in the Application following order is passed;

(i) Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) which read thus: "(a) That the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to condone the 1 years and 253 days delay in filing the above Interim Application for Restoration.

(b)The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to set aside the Order dated 19.3.2018 passed by the Learned Registrar II and extend the time to remove the Office Objections and restore the First Appeal."

(ii) Applicants shall remove all office objections within period of 6 weeks from today failing which present Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
