In view of the order dated 11-6-2013, the petition was to be disposed of finally. That order reads as under:- "1.

Not on Board. Upon mentioning, the matter is taken on the Board.

2.

The order of promotion shall be subject to the further orders that may be passed in this petition. 3.

Issue notice to Respondents, returnable

suresh 1-WP-4944.2013.doc after three weeks. Notice to state that the petition shall be disposed of finally at the stage of admission. Humdast permitted."

Thereafter, the petition has been appearing on the board but could not be taken up and on one occasion it was dismissed for want of prosecution but later on restored.

This is a petition filed in the year 2013 and even on 16-11-2017 the petitioner-Rajanrao Sahebrao Desale and his Advocate were absent though their names were correctly displayed on the board. The petition is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
