The present petition challenges the impugned order dated 29th March, 2014 passed under the Maharashtra Prohibition Act earlier known as Bombay Prohibition Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that Revision Application filed by the petitioner under section 138 of the said Act is still pending. The challenge under the Revision Application is to the order dated 29th March, 2014. Perused the reply on behalf of the respondent no.3 dated 7th July, 2014. Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 4 states that the Revision Application will be disposed of within a period of 10 weeks from today.
*2* 2] Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 4 states that the Revisional Authority will hear the Revision Application on 5th October, 2015 at 3.00 p.m. The learned counsel for the petitioner would inform the petitioners to remain present.
3] The interim protection granted vide order dated 7th February, 2014 shall continue upto 14th December, 2015 or until two weeks after passing the order on the Revision Application whichever is earlier. 4] The Petition is disposed of in the above terms. 5] No orders as to costs.
