The Petitioner, who is the husband, by the present Petition which is fled under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is challenging legality & validity of the order dated 18.01.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-14, Pune in Cri. Appeal No. 75 of 2022.

Smt. Sonawane, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that she is only aggrieved by a part of the order dated 18.01.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-14, Pune, by which insofar as Applicant No. 2 i. e. Respondent No. 2 is concerned, maintenance is enhanced from Rs. 10,000/- to Rs. 15,000/- per month. It is an admitted position that the Petitioner is serving with I. T. Company at Hyderabad

54. WP 2939-2023.doc and getting gross salary of Rs. 2,12,740/-. As the learned Appellate Court while passing the order taken into consideration the factors which are brought on record, therefore, this is not a case where interference under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is warranted.

The Writ Petition is dismissed with no order as to costs.
