The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to file an Appeal against the order dated 30th July, 2016 (Exhibit "I") before the Appellate Authority i.e. Superintending Engineer (Electrical), i.e. and L Department.

With the aforesaid liberty, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn.

In case the Petitioner files an Appeal within 30 days from today after making payment of an amount equal to 50% of the Vishal Parekar 1/2
