Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties. The Petitioner by this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is challenging the termination of contract. In our opinion, the Petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy to challenge the action of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 by filing the suit since matter is covered by contract. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed. 2.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter.
