The Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the order dated 12-10-2014 passed by the Learned Principal District Judge Alibag, by which order, the application for condonation of delay in filing the Appeal being Exhibit 1 came to be allowed resultantly the delay of 35 days in filing the Appeal came to be condoned.

Having regard to the reasons mentioned in the application which have commended acceptance to the Lower Appellate Court whilst allowing the application for condonation of delay, no case for interference in the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
