Heard Ms. Mhatre, learned APP for the respondent-State. 2.
The grievance of the petitioner in his application / petition dated 25.02.2017 is for speedy and expeditious trial. 3.
In the event if the trial in Sessions Case No.9 of 2010 has not progressed, the same shall be progressed and concluded by the concerned Court within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5.
Registry shall send a copy of this order to the concerned jail authority, who in turn, shall communicate the same to the petitioner. Copy of this order shall also be forwarded to the concerned Court where the aforementioned trial is going on.
