1) None for the applicant. This is an application for extension of time to surrender before the Trial Court. The record reveals that the Anticipatory Bail Application No.305/2017 was dismissed as withdrawn by an order dated 18.3.2017 by this Court and the applicant was granted liberty to surrender before the Magistrate on 18.3.2017. It further appears that by an order dated 21.3.2017 the said period to surrender before the Special Court (under POCSO Act), Dindoshi, Mumbai was extended upto 29.3.2017 in Cri. Application No.256 of 2017. The present application is filed for further extension of period by two weeks to surrender before the learned Trial Court. As this Court has once shown indulgence to the applicant and extended the time to surrender by its order dated 21.3.2017, I am not inclined to grant any further
