Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith by consent of the parties.

Respondent No.2 is directed to decide the proposal submitted on 11/1/2022 seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioners from non aided to aided post of the PetitionerManagement in the post of junior clerk/peon in accordance with law at the earliest and preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. In case approval is granted, Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall allot Shalarth ID to petitioners within a period of 2 weeks from the date of grant of approval and in that case respondent No.2 shall release salary within a period of 2 weeks from the date of inclusion of name of the Petitioners in the Shalarth system.

Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. No costs. 5.
