Applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.29 of 2022 registered with Killa Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 306 r/w 34 of IPC.

Case of the prosecution is, one the applicant has involved deceased in false offence under Section 354 of IPC which was driven him to commit suicide. There are civil, so also criminal proceedings are pending between complainant and family of the applicant. Apart from above, necessary ingredients of offence under Section 306 of IPC cannot be inferred from record. That being so, ad-interim protection ordered by this Court stands confirmed. 3.

In the event of arrest, applicants are directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one BGP.
