1] The impugned Order dated 15.3.2018 is passed by the Tahasildar, Shirol District Kolhapur under Section 26(1) of Maharashtra Land Revenue (Disposal of Government Lands) Rules, 1971. The Tahasildar has filed an affidavit dated 13.3.2019 and in para Nos.6 and 7 of the said affidavit, it is admitted that, there was a mistake in issuing the impugned Order dated 15.3.2018. It is further stated that, the respondent State has withdrawn the impugned Order and will issue fresh proposal for plots in question as per the provisions of the said Act. 2] In view thereof, the present petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
