P.C. :- The learned Counsel for the parties state that the parties have amicably resolved their dispute and have executed the Consent Terms and state that their respective clients are present in the Court. The learned Counsel state that Respondent No.1 has agreed to give up back wages and the order of reinstatement in service by the School Tribunal is being maintained. They also submit that Respondent No.1 has agreed to withdraw the Contempt Petition filed by him.
