This Civil Application seeks restoration of a Second Appeal dismissed for want of removal of office objections. There is a delay of 72 days in taking out the present Civil Application. The delay is explained in the Civil Application. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the delay is condoned and the Second Appeal is restored to file. The applicant shall remove the office objections within a period of three weeks from today, failing which the Second Appeal shall stand rejected as per Rule 5 of Chapter V of the High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, without further reference to this Court.
