DATED : 31st OCTOBER, 2023 P.C:- On 5/04/2023, the appellant was admitted to protection by recording a prima facie case and notice was directed to be issued to the respondent no.2. Pursuant thereto, the respondent no.2 is represented before the Court.

The interim order continue till date, and when I specifically inquired from the APP, whether the appellant has reported to the Investigating Officer as directed in the order dated 5/04/2023, she answer in the affirmative and on instructions of Mr. B.D. Pawar, the Investigating Officer, she make a categorical statement that the appellant has rendered his cooperation in the investigation and his custodial interrogation is Ashish

2/2 26.doc not warranted as the investigation is complete in all aspects and the charge-sheet is likely to be filed within period of two weeks from today.

Recording the aforesaid statement, the order dated 5/04/2023, is made absolute.
