The learned Counsel appearing for the 1st and 2nd Respondents states that the period for which the Petitioner is 1 / 2 April 9, 2018
44-WP-3816-18.doc debarred under the Circular dated 17 April 2017 is only of one year. The said period will expire on 16 April 2018. He further states that the Municipal Corporation is not going to act upon Tender No. 7273 and in fact, a decision has been taken to invite fresh tenders.

We accept both the statements made on instructions by the learned Counsel appearing for the 1st and 2nd Respondents. By accepting the above referred statements, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
