The above Applications arise from Cross Appeals which are placed on board. In Second Appeal No. 239 of 1994, three Civil Applications have been filed for bringing the heirs of the Appellant no.1(a) and 1(b) and for restoration of the Second Appeal. Second Appeal No. 249 of 1994 is also sought to be restored which was dismissed by the conditional order. The Learned Counsel for the parties, state that they represent their respective clients in all the Appeals and Applications and they make a joint request that all Applications be allowed and both Second Appeals be restored to file. In view of this joint request and since there is no opposition, the above Civil Applications stand allowed. Amendments to be carried out within a period of 8 weeks from today.
