Leaned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the legal heirs of the original respondent no.1 who has expired on 1st July, 2015 are served. The bailiff's report dated 1st January, 2016 is relied upon insofar as the factum of death of the respondent no.1 is concerned. The death certificate of the respondent no.1 is also annexed to the civil application.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The amendment to be carried out within two two weeks from today. The amended copy of the second appeal shall be served upon the respondents including the newly added respondents within one week 1/2
