1] Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2] Present Criminal Application has been filed by the appellant/original accused Satish Yashwant Patil with a prayer seeking direction of Respondent No.2 - Union of India to renew the passport issued to him pursuant to earlier directions issued by this Court (Coram : B.R.Gavai & B.P. Colabawalla, JJ) on 12th February, 2018 in Criminal Application No.1649 of 2017 arising out of Criminal Appeal No.919 of 2013. 1/2

(10)APPA-450-19.doc 3] It is admitted case that pursuant to the aforesaid direction, the passport was renewed in favour of the of the Petitioner for a period of one year. The Petitioner is seeking further renewal for one year on similar terms and conditions as directed earlier, for the purpose of getting the said Passport renewed again.

4] After hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner, prayer clause (a) is allowed subject to terms and conditions imposed by this Court in the order dated 12th February, 2018 passed in Criminal Application No.1649 of 2017 arising out of Criminal Appeal No.919 of 2013.
