Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application through jail, the applicant seeks his enlargement on bail. Learned A.P.P states that the trial in the said case has already commenced and that four witnesses have been examined till date. He submits that even the trial has been separated as one of the accused was absconding. Vide order dated 15th March, 2017, this Court (Coram : Mridula Bhatkar, J.) had expedited the case.

As the trial has commenced, it is expected that the learned Judge will conclude it as expeditiously as possible. Since the trial has commenced and four witnesses have been examined and the trial has been expedited, it is not necessary to consider the application of the applicant. 4.
The application is dismissed and the same is accordingly disposed of.
