This application is filed for intervention in above Writ Petition. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he has no objection if the applicant is impleaded in this petition as respondent.

In view of no objection by the petitioner, we are inclined to allow this Application in terms of prayer clause (a). 4.

The petitioner to carry out necessary amendment by
