At the outset, learned APP on instructions of the officer states that the trial has commenced and eight witnesses have been examined till date. He further states that about 5-6 witnesses are yet to be examined by the prosecution. 2.

Considering the fact that the trial has commenced and that eight witnesses have been examined till date and only 5-6 witnesses are yet to be examined, it would not be appropriate to consider the Bail Application. Accordingly, the Application is

BA 932-19.doc rejected. However, the trial of the Applicant is expedited. The learned Sessions Judge to conclude the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event within six months from the date of receipt of this order.
