At the outset, Ms. Shinde, learned APP states that after filing of this Bail Application the Charge-sheet is filed on 30th March 2024. 2.

In view of said statement made by learned APP, Ms. Roohita Shaikh, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
