Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
This application is preferred by respondent in Writ Petition No.5506 of 2015 for direction to the petitioner in Writ Petition for taking appropriate steps for service on respondent nos.3A to 3D.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that Writ Petition No.5506 of 2015 is pending for admission for want of service of these respondents.
The learned counsel for the petitioner in petition submits that petitioner is ready and willing Mohite 1/2
3 caw1131-16 to serve respondent nos.3A to 3D by substitute service under Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Statement is accepted.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Application and as respondents in Writ Petition No.5506 of 2015 are ready to take appropriate steps for service on respondent nos.3A to 3D as per Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, following order is passed:
a) Petitioner in Writ Petition No.5506 of 2015 is permitted to serve respondent nos.3A to 3D by substitute service as per provisions of Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 by publishing notices in two local newspapers in the locality where last respondent were last staying. b) Returnable after 12 weeks.
c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
