P.C.:- This is an application under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, for cancellation of bail granted to accused No.2, who was facing trial in Sessions Case No.24 of 2015 on the fle of Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, for ofences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 248,302, 307 and 149 of the IPC. 2.

Learned APP states that during the pendency of this application, trial is concluded and that the Respondent/accused No.2 in Sessions Case No.24 of 2015 has been acquitted. 3.

Under the circumstances, the application has rendered infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
