The petitioner's grievance is that there are certain unauthorized sheds constructed in and around the society, of which petitioner is one of the occupants.

We direct the Commissioner, Pune Municipal Corporation, to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate decision in accordance with law, by following principles of natural justice.
