Since the legal heirs of the respondent no.4 are already on record, the applicants seek deletion of the name of the respondent no.4 from the cause title of the writ petition.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Name of the respondent no.4 is deleted from the cause title of the writ petition. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the writ petition shall be served upon all the respondents within one week from the date of carrying out an amendment. R.D.
