The applicant had earlier approached this court vide A.B.A. No. 571 of 2019. At that time, the matter was argued for some time. Thereafter, when the court showed disinclination to grant relief, learned counsel for the applicant sought permission for unconditional withdrawal of that application. The permission was granted. That application was disposed of as withdrawn unconditionally. Again this application is preferred by the applicant on the ground that, during trial, one important witness is examined and she has not supported the prosecution case. On this suggestion, learned counsel for the applicant prayed for withdrawal of the present application. He submits that the trial court be directed to conclude trial within a reasonable time. 2.

Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
