After hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial pertaining to C.R. No. I-27 of 2016 dated 08.08.2016 registered with Satpati Police Station, District Palghar and culminated into Sessions Case No. 17 of 2016 does not conclude within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.
